Because consumers must walk back and forth from the computer to the television set to drag and drop files onto the TakeTV, SanDisk Vice President Eric Bone says TakeTV relies on the old-fashioned "SneakerNet"--the tried and true technique of marching across the living room with stored data, an operation that dates back to the days of floppy disks, burnable CDs and DVDs.
