Commissioner Rodney Dillon, from the Aboriginal and TorresStrait Islander Commission, received the remains in Exeter on Thursday on behalf of the Australian Aboriginal community.
The teas, held at various times and locations throughout the festival, offer attendees the opportunity to personally chat with Aboriginal and TorresStrait Islander Elders in an intimate environment.
One such marine pilotage company, Australian Reef Pilots, has been helping ships safely navigate the declared mandatory pilotage areas of the Great Barrier Reef and TorresStrait for more than a century.
