Objective: to provide anatomic basis for the treatment of severe bleeding of nasal septum by ligating ethmoidal artery with functional nasal endoscope.
目的：为鼻中隔严重出血功能性鼻内窥镜引导下筛动脉结扎提供解剖学基础。
Results: (1) Most of the anterior ethmoidal artery passed through the roof of the ethmoidal cell in front of the basal lamella (66.6%) or the basal lamella itself (26.7%).
结果：（1）筛前动脉与中鼻甲基板的位置关系密切，多走行于中鼻甲基板之前的紧邻筛房顶（ 66.6% ）及中甲基板顶（ 2 6.7% ） ；
Conclusion: the origin and intraorbital course of the ethmoidal artery is variable, which is more common in the posterior ethmoidal artery than in the anterior ethmoidal arteries.
