Based on the erection period arranged between SELLER and BUYER, the SELLER shall delegate his personnel to supervise erection works in accordance with terms of this Contract.

Together with SELLER's erection supervisor, inspect mechanical and electrical works and prepare pre-commissioning report(s) to include required corrections and/or additions prior to Commissioning;
