What profiteth the graven image that the maker thereof hath graven it;
雕刻的偶像，人将它刻出来，有什么益处呢。
And the priest's heart was glad, and he took the ephod, and the teraphim, and the graven image, and went in the midst of the people.
祭司心里喜悦，便拿着以弗得和家中的神像，并雕刻的像，进入他们中间。
And the residue thereof he maketh a god, even his graven image: he falleth down unto it, and worshippeth it, and prayeth unto it, and saith, Deliver me; for thou art my god.
他用剩下的作了一神，就是雕刻的偶像，他向这偶像俯伏叩拜，祷告他说，求你拯救我，因你是我的神。
Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.
26：1你们不可作什么虚无的神像，不可立雕刻的偶像或是柱像，也不可在你们的地上安什么錾成的石像，向它跪拜，因为我是耶和华你们的神。
