合格证书：合格证书是指符合一组最低的法规、技术和安全要求的产品所获得的认证。通常，在产品被允许在特定国家销售之前，需要进行合格证书的审批。因此，不同国家对于产品的要求会有所不同。英文中称为type approval或certificate of conformity的过程和认证，在其他欧洲语言中通常被称为同质化或类似的表达。
