三凹征（three concave sign），指吸气时胸骨上窝、锁骨上窝、肋间隙出现明显凹陷，是由于上部气道部分梗阻所致吸气性呼吸困难。常见于气管异物、喉水肿、白喉等。当伴随出现发绀、双肺湿啰音和心率加快时，提示左心衰竭。
