The system is composed of three subsystems, they are the signal monitor subsystem, the PLC (the Programmable Logical Controller) one and the host computer control ore.

This paper introduces the machine structure of controlled five-bar mechanism and its theory of control, and puts forward a plan that develops the program of the control system by VC base on PMAC.

The thesis mainly achieves the design of data acquisition system, including Sensor selection, the design of programmable signal conditioning board and acquisition board, PC software programming.
