不变资本
不变资本是指在剩余价值生产过程中转变为生产资料的那一部分资本（用字母C表示），即以生产资料形态存在的资本，经过生产过程，它的价值随着物质形态的改变，转移到新产品中去，没有发生任何价值量的变化，价值不会增值。资本家用于购买生产资料的那一部分资本。生产资料在生产过程中，只是将其价值转移到产品中去，不改变原有的价值量，故购买生产资料的那部分资本称为不变资本。
