不安抗辩权
不安抗辩权，是指在有先后履行顺序的双务合同中，应先履行义务的一方有确切证据证明对方当事人有难以给付之虞时，在对方当事人未履行或未为合同履行提供担保之前，有暂时中止履行合同的权利。规定不安抗辩权是为了切实保护当事人的合法权益，防止借合同进行欺诈，促使对方履行义务。
