Li Zhaoyou, male, born in May 29, 1965, bachelor and master of philosophy at Nankai University, PhD at Northeastern University, MBA at Charles Sturt University in Australia.
Mr. Gu received his LL. B. from Jilin University and his LL. M. from Northeast University. And he also obtained Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia.
