WHO's mental health Atlas database shows that a majority of countries in Africa and South-East Asia spend less than 1% of their health budget on mental health.
They also said that their work appeared to warrant development of maps in other Southeast Asian countries identifying those areas most susceptible to future bird flu outbreaks.
This map marked some parts of China, Korean, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, Southeast Asia and India, of great significance in terms of practicality and ocean navigation.
