中非共和国（法语：République centrafricaine；桑戈语：Ködörösêse tî Bêafrîka）是一位于中部非洲的国家，其前身为法属乌班吉-夏利领地（Territoire d'Oubangui-Chari），是法国位于非洲的殖民地之一。身为一内陆国家，中非从西边起依顺时针方向，分别为喀麦隆、乍得、苏丹、南苏丹、刚果民主共和国与刚果共和国所包围。中非成立于1958年12月，初期为半自治的政府型态，并且在1960年8月13日正式宣布独立。首都班吉（Bangui，或译班吉）是一位于乌班吉河（Oubangui）沿岸的边境城市。
