In this paper, PC-bus industrial computer being as a kernel, the intelligent control system is demonstrated for continuous induction heat treatment of extraction oil bar.

The appearance of the medium-frequency through quenching and the corresponding quenching machine has a great significance to improve the technology of heat treatment in china.
