Objective To study the clinical effect of recovery treatment for apoplexy patients with sequela of hemiplegy at early stage.

Purpose: to observe the clinical effect of abdominal plus normal acupuncture therapy on hemiplegia due to cerebral apoplexy. To study the effect caused by abdominal acupuncture in this research.

Conclusion: abdominal plus normal acupuncture had a better effect on apoplectic hemiplegia than normal acupuncture, and we found out the abdominal acupuncture provided a key effect in this treatment.
