义庄
义庄是古代中国社会风俗，是宗族所有之田产。始于北宋。仁宗时范仲淹在苏州用俸禄置田产，收地租，用以赡族人，固宗族，系取租佃制方式经营。义庄设有义宅，供族人借居，若房舍需要修理则自行设法。范氏义庄有八九百年的漫长历史，在中国历史上是独一无二的。范氏义庄的产生根源于宋代经济、社会的重大变化，在大的时代背景下慈善组织成为一种社会需求。
