Under an agreement signed in July, Russia agreed to hand over Yinlong Island, known as Tarabarov in Russian, and half of Heixiazi Island, called Bolshoi Ussuriysky in Russian, to China, AFP reported.

Heixiazi island is a sedimentary island at the confluence of the Ussuri and Heilongjiang rivers, along the border between China and Russia.
