Diesel oil and water turned into thin emulsified fuel with the shear and extrusion in the mechanical blenders, and then became thinner with the ultrasonic cavitations.

This paper mainly describes the universality of water contained in fuels, the actions of water and its heat loss in the fuels, and the essentiality of emulsification of the oil-water mixture.

The reason of this high saving rate of fuel consumption is from the hydrogen produced in fuel pyrolysis and the usage of emulsified fuel.
