方法术后病理证实为乳腺癌患者38例，其中伴同侧腋窝淋巴结转移18例，无转移20例。
Methods38 cases of breast cancer patients, in which ipsilateral axillary lymph node metastasis has been pathologically confirmed in 18 cases, 20 cases had no metastasis.
