  Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of Doppler ultrasonic imaging and fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) that guided by it for palpable breast lesions.

  目的 探讨多普勒超声显像及其引导的细针穿刺细胞学检查在可触及乳腺肿块中的临床应用价值。

  In this study , the quality of the breast neoplasms were assessed by two-dimensional ultrasound , color Doppler ultrasound and power Doppler ultrasound. The aim is to evaluate the clinical value of Doppler ultrasound in differentiation of breast neoplasms.

  目的：本研究应用二维超声、彩色多普勒超声及能量多普勒超声鉴别诊断乳腺良、恶性肿块，旨在评价多普勒超声对乳腺肿块的鉴别诊断的临床应用价值。

  The presenting symptoms were either palpable breast mass or had nipple discharge.

  最常见的临床症状为乳腺肿块或乳头溢液。

• breast tumor

  Conclusion There are significant differences in the manifestation of two-dimensional sonogram and color Doppler flow imaging between malignant and benign tumors. The diagnosis accordance rate of high frequency CDFI for breast tumor is very high,so it has greater clinical significance.

  结论乳腺良恶性肿块在二维声像图及彩色多普勒血流的表现上均有差异,高频彩超对乳腺肿块的诊断符合率高,有较大的临床应用价值。
