Some people find they have trouble concentrating, studying, sleeping, or eating when they're coping with a death. Others lose interest in activities they used to enjoy.

Perhaps because of disappointment or loss, certain things can not be arbitrary in the time it is very difficult to always think, people are so, things are not lost or wandering indecision.

The level in our own bucket gets higher when we fill another's, and, on the other hand, when we dip into another's bucket we do not fill our own…we lose a little.
