This paper analysises the contribution rate of progress in GDP and telecom-portfolio using Solow Complementary method.

This article discussed the issue of the error of solow method of remainder in practial application and analysed the cause ofthe error and the effect on the relative measure result of intension degree.

Using the well-known weighted residual method and finite element procedure, a nonlinear static analysis parallel with effective stress dynamic analysis has been made.
