假期工资
假期工资是指劳动者在国家法定节假日（元旦一天假期，春节三天长假，清明节一天假期，五一一天假期，端午节一天假期，中秋节一天假期，国庆长假三天）以及双休日等假期时间加班，向其工作单位领取的加班费。根据加班时间不同，假期工资也有差异。在法定假期内，假期工资应不低于平时工资的三倍支付，如若加班时间是法定假日连带双休日，则双休日的假期工资应不低于平时工资的两倍支付。
