目的：探讨健脾和胃法治疗功能性消化不良脾胃虚弱证的临床疗效及机理。
Objective:To research the clinical effect and mechanism of strengthening spleen and harmonizing stomach method treating functional dyspepsia (FD) of spleen and stomach deficiency type.

方法运用MNNG造模致大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎，随机分成模型组、调肝和胃组、健脾和胃组和空白组。
Methods A rat model of chronic atrophic gastritis was made with MNNG. The rats were randomly divided into model, regulating liver and stomach, and reinforcing spleen and stomach groups.
