儿童权利公约
儿童权利公约（Convention on the Rights of the Child）适用于全世界的儿童，即18岁以下的任何人。联合国1989年11月20日第44届联合国大会第25号决议通过，是第一部有关保障儿童权利且具有法律约束力的国际性约定，于1990年9月2日在世界生效。1991年12月29日第七届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第23次会议批准了《儿童权利公约》，从此《儿童权利公约》成为我国广泛认可的国际公约。截至2015年10月，缔约国为196个。该公约旨为世界各国儿童创建良好的成长环境。
