方法对38例5 2髋先天性髋关节脱位术前不牵引，一期综合手术矫正全部畸形。
Methods: Without preoperative traction, one stage combined operations were performed in 38 patients, to correct all the deformities of 52 hips of congenital dislocation of the hip simultaneously.
