Based on the field investigation and soil analysis, some soil physical and chemical properties in different agroforesty systems in northern area of Jiangsu province were studied.

The experiment proved that this method was high sensitivity to determine HCH and DDT endocrine disrupting chemicals in soil samples, and experimentized fast determination to multi-substances.

Preoperative and postoperative determination of endocrine functions could reflect residual tumors and the recurrence of functional pituitary adenomas.
