OBJECTIVE: To explore the mechanism of prostate cancer metastasis and search for the potential markers for early diagnosing and reversing prostate cancer metastasis by shotgun-MS.

While the reason is still unclear, the effective methods to prevent this cancer are still not found. To improve survival rate, the key is to detect earlier, to diagnose earlier and to treat earlier.
