Make a habit out of reading several pages of a book or one article that inspires you daily and you will act and think more positively, I promise.

During my Holy Hour, I journal, I read inspirational books, I review my goals and plans and I simply make the time to think.

And I'll still read about it during the habit change - blogs, magazines, books, forums, success stories - to help motivate me.
