单位能耗
单位能耗是指单位产量或单位产值所消耗的某种能源量。过去10年，我国主要耗能产品单位能耗都有不同程度的下降，与国际先进水平的差距趋于减小。但仍有较大差距，2004年，七个行业(电力、钢铁、有色金属、建材、石化、化工、轻工)的16种产品的能耗指标平均比国际先进水平高40%，多用能源2.64亿吨煤当量。随着高耗能产品产量的急剧增长，我国与国际先进水平相比多耗和浪费的能源量将越来越大，这也充分说明我国的节能潜力巨大。
