单向沟通
单向沟通是指信息发送者只发送信息，接收者只接纳信息的沟通。如上级向下级发布命令、指示，做报告，发表演说，等等。与“双向沟通”相对。美国心理学家莱维特曾将其与双向沟通进行比较，发现它速度较快，富有条理性、逻辑性，但准确性没有双向沟通高。现实中，纯粹的单向沟通很少见。因为信息接收者会以各种方式作出反馈，只是信息量有多有少而已。
