原噬菌体
原噬菌体(prophage)：某些温和噬菌体侵染细菌后，其核酸整合到宿主细菌染色体中。处于这种整合状态的噬菌体称为原噬菌体。它是繁殖和传递噬菌体本身遗传信息的一重要方式。这时的宿主就称作“溶原菌”。以“原噬菌体”的方式嵌存于宿主的DNA中，可随寄主繁殖，延续后代，“和平共处”，一般不引起细胞裂解。原噬菌体：整合于细菌染色体DNA的噬菌体。
