参政
参知政事是中国历史上的一个官职，于唐朝首先设置，并非正式官位，而是三省长官以外的官员，加上此头衔（或同中书门下三品、同中书门下平章事等的头衔），即可以进入政事堂议事，等于成为宰相群的一员。宋代太祖时，为分割宰相权力，故在同平章事(即宰相，简称平章），底下设参知政事（简称参知、参政），为宰相的副职，但后来实际权力大致等于宰相，辽、金、元等朝多沿用此制。参知政事一职，明代废相以后不存，清代的协办大学士有时亦美称参知，但已为虚职而无实权。
