双向开关：双向开关，也称为模拟开关，是一种电子元件，其行为类似于继电器，但没有移动部件。开关元件通常是一对MOSFET晶体管，一个是N沟道器件，另一个是P沟道器件。该器件在开启时可以传导模拟或数字信号的双向流动，并在关闭时隔离开关的端子。模拟开关通常以集成电路的形式制造，包含多个开关（通常是两个、四个或八个）。其中包括4000系列的4016和4066。
