This system has been successfully used in GD-1 high pressure common rail electronically controlled diesel engine, and the engine performances and its exhaust emissions were significantly improved.
The constant speed and full-load characteristics tests showed that the system had great potential to improve the engine economic performance and exhaust emissions.
