Objective To introduce the preparation technique and clinical therapeutic effect of self-made compound oral ulcer powder.

Aim: to detect the treatment effect of compound Indigo Naturalis powder to oral ulcer.

Results Nianmo Kuiyang Powder significantly improved ulcer symptoms of experimental oral ulcer, reduced ulcer diameter, inhibited ear swelling, and decreased writhing frequency.
