口角炎俗称“烂嘴角”，表现为口角潮红、起疱、皲裂、糜烂、结痂、脱屑等。患者张口易出血，吃饭说话均受影响。口角炎的诱发因素是冷干的气候，会使口唇、口角周围皮肤黏膜干裂，周围的病菌乘虚而入造成感染；口唇干裂时，人们会习惯性地用舌头去舔，促使口角干裂；若从膳食中摄取的维生素减少，造成体内B族维生素缺乏，还会导致维生素B缺乏性口角炎的发生。
