The cationic surfactants based on bisamide and imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized and the content of cations was determined.

With the aid of HPLC and silver nitrate titration, the structure of zwitterionic surfactant obtained through the reaction of secondary amide and fatty imidazoline has been analysed.
