方法：应用免疫组化方法检测73例晚期喉癌中PCNA表达、病理学方法检查颈部阳性淋巴结数。
Methods:Expression of PCNA and the number of positive nodes were determined in 73 cases of local advanced laryngeal cancer with immunohistochemical and pathological technique.

结论：该手术方法可使晚期喉癌患者在喉切除后用自身材料一期重建发音功能而取得较理想的效果。
Conclusions:The operation can get good voice and swallow function after laryngectomy in the patients with laryngeal carcinoma.
