The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has publicized a new set of rules for judicial authentication which will take effect on October 1.

"As we all know, social networking has few boundaries, and now AMBER Alerts will benefit from that reach," said Laurie Robinson, the National AMBER Coordinator for the Department of Justice.

This obvious manipulation of the local judiciary by the state's most powerful family was probably more damaging in the long term than the tragedy itself.
