国家外国专家局（英语：State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, 缩写：SAFEA），简称国家外专局，根据2008年第十一届全国人民代表大会第一次会议关于国务院机构改革的决议，现在是人力资源和社会保障部（之前为中华人民共和国人事部）管理的国家局。外专局主要负责制定、审批、监督引进外国智力与专家，并组织出国交流与培训。
