国家股
国家股是指国家授权投资的机构或者国家授权投资的部门以国有财产向公司投资而形成的股份。国有法人股是指国有企业法人、国有事业、社会团体法人以其依法可支配的财产向独立于自己的公司投资而形成的股份。两者的股份均为国有股,均需接受国有资产管理部门监管，但由于具体的投资主体不同,因而在股权管理上也有所区别。国家为了加强对公司国有股股权的监管，先后制定了《股份制试点企业国有股权管理实施意见》、《股份有限公司国有股权管理暂行办法》等法律规范性文件。
