Intending to design a building style connected with Wuhan, we conducted a deep research of the local culture.

The narratives of absence in different works, without concrete description, resonate with each other, some drawing universal understanding of people and some belonging to local cultures.

These examples do illustrate the importance of studying the influence of culture on communication if we are to overcome culture barriers to effective communication.
