Experiment shows that acutance function method is better than mean square error function method. The error factors are analyzed and corresponding improvement approaches are put forward.

Research results indicate that generalization ability and learning accuracy are the non decreasing function of weight adjusting ratio.

The weights of network adjusted by using the least mean square made fast convergence of radial basis function to obtain better PID control parameters and achieve the speed tracked control.
