Using only a camera, a computer and a key-cutting machine, scientists have duplicated sets of keys after taking snaps of them from more than 60 metres away.

A digital control device is then used to programme the desired colour on to the nails. This includes a camera which can capture the colour of any surface which is then reproduced on the nails.

Copy the firmware file to the camera's internal memory.
