Jerome Lynch of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, is the chief researcher on a project intended to help design the next generation of monitoring systems for Bridges.

San Francisco-based Gensler is the designer, while the design institute of Shanghai’s Tongji University will act as the local partner.

Kim studied music and sculpture first at Oberlin College, then landscape architecture at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
