Pavilion offers both indoor and outdoor seating, including two rooftop terraces that can be booked for private functions for up to 40-60 guests each terrace.

In addition, electric power may be generated from photovoltaic thin film, while rain water can be harvested from the rooftop for use in the garden's irrigation system.

The ground floor units are with private gardens and the top floor units are with roofs.
