目的：分析妊娠期糖尿病的治疗对母体及围产儿预后的影响。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)on the maternal and perinatal prognosis.

方法：选择在本院住院治疗的妊娠期糖尿病及糖耐量受损的病人66例为实验组，其中GDM组35例IGT组31例，另选38例门诊正常孕妇作为对照组，各组间一般资料差异无显著性。
