目的：探讨宫腔镜电切术中麻醉方式的选择，比较静脉复合麻醉与硬膜外麻醉在宫腔镜电切术中的应用效果。
Objective: To study on the style of anesthesia in hysteroscopic surgery and compare effectiveness between balanced anesthesia and epidural anesthesia.

结果本组病例均成功在门诊静脉复合麻醉下完成宫腔镜电切术，且均于手术当日观察1-4小时后离院。
Results All these cases were performed the operations successively thought compound vein anesthesia in outpatient department, and were out of the hospital after the observation of 1 to 4 hours.
