Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has branded Barcelona midfielder Xavi "disrespectful" for stating that Cesc Fabregas wants to leave the Gunners.

Begiristain said that while both Barcelona and Fabregas are keen to reunite, Arsenal have yet to officially respond to their advances and that the decision now rests with the London club.

Fabregas has done right by Arsenal, and the money Barcelona are thought to be willing to pay means Wenger will have done right by Arsenal, too.
